I have a friend who has taken in her disabled mother, and needs a big button remote for her U-Verse box because the buttons on the remote are too small for her mother to use.
The only thing close to a model number on the box is IPN430MC Cisco.
Does anyone know of a big button remote that will work?
AT&T was no help at all.
