I have had Uverse at my prior house and I have been very happy. Service was great and I had very little downtime. I have moved about 30 minutes away and scheduled to move my service. The technician came out and said the signal is great but they have to run wires under the street to connect to the house. He thought the crew would be out within 24 - 72 hours. This was Monday. The technician has been great and spoken to me throughout the week but he has no answers. I have called ATT and spoken to managers and nobody can tell me when the crews will come out to do the wiring. I work out of the house so I need to know when! If its going to be weeks then I have to go to Time Warner - ugh.
Does anybody have any numbers or links or any type of resource that will allow me to figure out when these guys will come out? They have told me its an internal engineering department item but they cant tell me when. I would greatly appreciate the help. I can give account numbers or order numbers in a PM if someone internal can help.
