We currently have DTV. If we switch back to Uverse TV, can the 5268ac gateway still support HPNA over coax? Keeping coax would simplify the switch. I'm thinking that only one cat5 run from the gateway to the existing DTV genie would need to be run. Then existing coax to the other two TV's could be used. If I switched to all cat5, three new cat5 runs would be needed. Looking to the future and possible new Uverse TV DVR's and STB's at some point, should I just go all cat5 if we switch? All this will depend on what kind of promo DTV will give us to keep DTV. We currently can only get ATT 25 internet so I know I will have to share bandwidth with Uverse TV. ATT fiber is all around us but I see no upgrade to my neighborhood coming. We have the bgw210 gateway now.
