Hey guys. I was on the phone for a while with support yesterday trying to get some billing issues squared away with my U-Verse IPTV service. While I was on the phone with the rep, they made a change to my account to downgrade my service as requested. Once the change was made, I received an error stating: "Client unprovisioned on . Please call customer care to provision your client" followed by the client ID and the client IP address of 162.236.x.x (internal, non-routable?). AT&T support is now stating that it's a hardware problem and that they need a tech to swap out the box. This does not make sense to me.
Has anyone ever encountered this error and if so, how were you able to resolve it? BTW, DHCP is enabled on the RG.
