ATT Installing Fiber? (Birmingham, AL in Pinson\Clay Area)

Been seeing a lot of ATT trucks in and around my neighborhood. How can I tell if they are running ATT Fiber? Been with Charter for years but would look to jump ship if they have 1GB plan.
