Strange ethertype 0x7373 being emitted each second from ATT Pace gateway

So I had to unplug the ATT gateway from my UPS so I could do some cleaning behind the network rack. When I plugged it back in, it came back up but would not allow any of my static IP traffic through. I did a factory reset and reconfigured my static IPs, and everything is working fine now. However, I have noticed the following ethernet frames being broadcast from the ATT gateway every second: [root@TESTROUTER /]# tcpdump -pnvXi externaltcpdump: listening on external, link-type EN10MB (Ethernet), capture size 65535 bytes17:15:39.144929 14:ed:bb:f6:75:5f > ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff, ethertype Unknown (0x7373), length 118: 0x0000: 1211 0000 0040 9f05 00e4 b380 2d18 1bbd .....@......-... 0x0010: 2102 5071 a824 f14a a13a e380 5bed 79ce !.Pq.$.J.:..[.y. 0x0020: 077e b1e0 ebf1 0000 0201 8003 0614 edbb .~.............. 0x0030: f675 5e04 0104 0701 0108 0614 edbb f675 .u^............u 0x0040: 5f09 0102 0e18 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 _............... 0x0050: 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 1908 ................ 0x0060: 5fc5 ab5b b391 e607 _..[....17:15:40.144981 14:ed:bb:f6:75:5f > ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff, ethertype Unknown (0x7373), length 118: 0x0000: 1211 0000 0040 9f05 00e4 b380 2d18 1bbd .....@......-... 0x0010: 2102 5071 a824 f14a a13a e380 5bed 79ce !.Pq.$.J.:..[.y. 0x0020: 077e b1e0 ebf1 0000 0201 8003 0614 edbb .~.............. 0x0030: f675 5e04 0104 0701 0108 0614 edbb f675 .u^............u 0x0040: 5f09 0102 0e18 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 _............... 0x0050: 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 1908 ................ 0x0060: 5fc5 ab5b b391 e607 _..[....17:15:41.144954 14:ed:bb:f6:75:5f > ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff, ethertype Unknown (0x7373), length 118: 0x0000: 1211 0000 0040 9f05 00e4 b380 2d18 1bbd .....@......-... 0x0010: 2102 5071 a824 f14a a13a e380 5bed 79ce !.Pq.$.J.:..[.y. 0x0020: 077e b1e0 ebf1 0000 0201 8003 0614 edbb .~.............. 0x0030: f675 5e04 0104 0701 0108 0614 edbb f675 .u^............u 0x0040: 5f09 0102 0e18 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 _............... 0x0050: 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 1908 ................ 0x0060: 5fc5 ab5b b391 e607 _..[....^C3 packets captured3 packets received by filter0 packets dropped by kernel[root@TESTROUTER /]# I do not use the ATT gateway for anything other than just a handoff for my static IPs, so there are no "LAN" clients (192.168.1.x), and I have disabled both the 2.4 and 5GHz radios. I do not recall this happening ever before. I'm on ATT fiber residential. Any ideas what it might be?
