I am having big problem watching streaming from thriver.com (only during the Evening hours and seems to be happening so far only when connected to them). Speed test shows less than 1.5 Mbps to their server during this period of the day. During the day sped is at about 1 Mbps. TV service provider is pointing at AT&T routing problems and I ran some line tests - see attached file. So far two attempts to talk to first tier support at AT&T did not result in any progress. I wonder what can be done (except changing ISP)?
