Ordered Uverse Internet and my packing slip shows someone else's name in California and her account information. I am in Georgia. After 3 calls to AT&T I got 3 different answers. I received the correct router but was told it wouldn't work in her name and they are shipping me another one? Another post said they are configured automatically after activation and it didn't matter. Is this true and did it work?
