We had DSL for over 8 years with sbcglobal then att. Now we have uverse. Something happened to one of our accounts passwords and it would not even reset. So I called Att and was told by the representative that I cannot get it because it is not listed as a sub account. He fixed the problem jumping through hoops but I cannot add my existing accounts to Uverse.
When I log into att Uverse with my email address and password I tried to enter my other ID via sub accounts. Well it said it was denied due to already existing..but when I log into my account that I wish to add.. it says I am on dial up which I never have been with AT&T.
In a nutshell ... how can I please add my existing three accounts to Uverse.
