I have only been with At&t since March 30th of this year....and since 6-09-13 my internet goes out after 9pm...and then comes on then goes out...every 2 minutes it seems..then when it comes back on it's only active for about maybe half that time...all of my lights remain green except the service light....and when I call them they give me the same steps I've already taken before calling them...and then they send a tech out...my internet works fine in the day time...I've tried explaining that to him..but because it works when he is here..he blew me off...but my connection goes out all night long...I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and found a solution...besides changing providers since where I live at&t is the only one I've found to come out here. This is beginning to frustrate me, mainly because they won't listen when I try to explain to them...either they don't care...or they don't know what I'm talking about and are in the wrong profession...
