Had cable bundle behind house that was installed in 1939. ATT ran a separate line in order to get U-Verse working satisfactory. Used for Internet and IP phone. Since then things have worked great until yesterday. They have run a new cable bundle to replace the 1939 stuff and, of course, since the cutover yesterday no Internet/IP phone and the broadband light flashes on the 3600 RG.
Called support and someone is to come today at 4-6pm. Am I expecting a fix the first time, NO. This is based on the original install where the line was not provisioned correctly and then issues with errors and performance until the tech put in the work order to have the separate line run. Hope I am wrong.
