Anyone have any tips or tricks to getting a lower price when calling AT&T when the yearly contract price expires? Is there a special number to call for their retention department (if they have one)?
Current plan, "HSIA $ off 12 months Promo Shell 6.2", expires at the end of the month, currently paying about $17 for this plan.
