My sister recently switched from Time Warner internet/tv service to AT&T GigaPower 100Mb symmetric fiber service and Uverse U200 TV package.
She claims the local channels are not available via iOS app, and that the app crashes after a few seconds of watching TV. She's called service department and escalated/left messages with some supervisor - but the calls have not been returned.
She has a Pace 5268AC gateway, model IPH8005 DVR and an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.2.1 - anyone else have problems with the app? I don't have AT&T service where I live.
It bothers her enough that she's considering going back to TWC. The internet service with TWC was incredibly unreliable and the reason for the switch to AT&T, but the TV service was rock solid. AT&T said she can't have DirecTV due to a bunch of trees in her neighbor's yard.
