I have several clients that either lost power or had internet go down in the last week. Everytime this happens all the port forwarding info gets removed. Wifi info and Lan changes are saved fine just not port forwarding it. Two clients have battery back for the modem but a tree took down a line down the road. When internet was restored the modem rebooted and all the info was lost. Is this normal for AT&T modems? I don't mind because I get paid to fix it but this seems crazy to me.
