Anyone having Hulu streaming issues in the past two weeks?

I've tried power cycling the RG, my apple time capsule router, changing DNS providers. Nothing seems to fix the slow load times, stutters, low res (below 480p) and hangs. I'm considering canceling my hulu subscription and getting a Tivo Roamio OTA, since most of my hulu watching are for show that are OTA anyway. Thanks in advance for any help.
