I purchase 18mb down from AT&T but rarely see that. I get lots of reasons why. Initially I had issues with a bad copper line from the AT&T box to the house (about 1/2 mile). I am concerned I still have line issues. My download rate ranges form 1.5mps to 15. I've attached UVRealtime screenshots. It's been running over 24h.
Can anyone help me with interpretation of the UV Realtime info and tell me if I have a problem inside or outside the house? (I never had these issues with TWC).
