re-wiring question

I'm upgrading to the 45mbps tier and will need an installer to come out and complete pair bonding/new RG. Currently the way I have my network set up is that the home run goes from the NID to the smart panel where the 3801HG RG sits and feeds the living room tv via cat5e, office cat5e, and bedroom cat5e. I've noticed that I use wifi the most in the living room and wanted to RG moved there for best signal. But since there is only one cat 5e cable that goes to the living room, is it feasible for the installer to have the RG installed there using the two pairs and then the other 2 pairs to back feed into the smart panel and use a switch to fan out the other rooms? Is this possible, or is there another way the installer will be able to install the RG in the living room with a single cat 5e feed? Thanks for the replies!
