About 3 hours ago our home phone and Internet stopped working. I tried resetting the modem with the red button on the back but nothing happens. I held it for 10 seconds too. I tried unplugging the power cord and it still won't go off. Broadband and wifi aren't working or home phone but the only light not on is the Wifi light on the modem. I figure it's probably maintenance on AT&Ts side because this happens it seems every month. While I wait does anyone know what could be the problem? Modem is NVG589
