After several tech visits and changes in the system it now appears but I thought was a Wi-Fi issue is actually a system issue that I don't believe in my home. I'm attaching a few graphs I took last evening and overnight. The ones that are labeled capture were taken last evening using the AT&T speed test website. I took a lot more but these are the ones that looked interesting because you can see either a high jitter or high latency. I normally see about a 45 ms latency and jitter of 1-2 ms, Capture6 shows what I normally see.
The overnight capture was taken using the website testmy.net which runs test on a regular basis. They were run at a 15 minute interval is nothing else being used on the system and on a wired connection to my PC.
Whatever is causing this problem wreaks havoc especially when I'm trying to use the VoIP phone on my computer.
Any ideas what to try next? Obviously a tech visit to my home is the solution.
