So as ridiculous as it sounds, I've had to call repair for the first time since BellSouth. My wireless/wireline VM stopped functioning correctly since I upgraded to the iPhone 6S and the audible message waiting indicator is stuck on.
Repair of course gives a date next week, but said to get ready because POTS VM is changing to a new platform..
Any insight into this because I have not received any notices or heard anything about a changeover?
