Our performance was very bad so we rebooted the nvg589 modem and now the iph8005 just keeps rebooting. I have rebooted the dvr multiple times via power cycle or the 10 second power button holding. AT&T support wants to charge $99 for someone to come out to look or they want us to do the full reset of the dvr and lose everyone. I am just curious if anyone else has some suggestions. I would rather not delete the DVR.
