I'm currently working with ATT to try to resolve a problem. On both TV's every 5-10 minutes I get the uverse signal is lost at the same time. It'll sit there for a minute before resuming unless I flip channels back and forth and in that scenario it'll work right away.
Despite my assuming that updates were automatic, the tech support agent said he's going to force a firmware update. I haven't see a change yet. I'm currently running an ARRIS NVG599 with firmware 9.1.6h1d20. Can anyone with the same model tell me what firmware they are running?
Any other suggestions on this type of problem? I'm got gigapower and structured wiring in the house and only started having problems in the past week. For months all was fine.
