Gigapower recently became available in my subdivision so I took the plunge on a U200 internet+tv package. I scheduled the earliest available installation date which ended up being a 5 day wait. I just signed a contract with Comcast for 250/20 service a couple weeks ago so I'll have to cancel that.
Install took about 5.5 hours as there seemed to be some miscommunication between the in-home installer and the outside fiber guy. In-home was basically done before the ONT was put up. This was the in-home installer's first Gpower installation. I found out my house was pre-wired with cat5 (2002 build) used for the phones so they didnt need to add a drop. They gave me the Pace 5268ac gateway which is working fine, but the admin interface is god awful and slow. I will likely get my own router just so I dont have to deal with att's interface. Two tv receivers - main dvr is connected via coax/HPNA, second is wireless.
Here are the speeds - http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5069831833 . Consistently 900+ both ways, so im happy. Web browsing doesn't feel different for the most part but it shines in file transfers/p2p.
I'll also have Google Fiber and Comcast gigabit services available in the near future so that'll make for an interesting choice when my contract is up. :D
