The tech support is terrible. I ordered their service 18 days ago. TV and Internet. Terminated service before the 30 days trial. System never work correctly. Ordered with static IPs. The donuts brains support department had no idea how to configure the system with statics. Even worse, I found out their DSL hardware router does not support bridging which makes it impossible to use your own router. So forget VPN services, forget hanging a FTP server or even VPN file services. Their firewalls take over control of all services on your network. After over 20 plus hours working on the problem and dealing with john or what ever the foreigners names are with their open ended flow charts. Just give up and located a cable company. My Advise, if a sales rep calls, Run baby run. or use your own metaphor to tell the rep were to put their hardware
