Wierd upload issues with AT&T Gigapower with EdgeRouter Lite and beta.speedt

I have AT&T Gigapower 1 Gbps internet connection. When I am hardwired to straight to the AT&T Gateway I can consistently get 936 mbps down / 936 mbps up from beta.speedtest.net and att.com/speedtest. However, if hardwire my computer to my EdgeRouter Lite eth1 port and the AT&T gateway is passing public IP to eth0 port. About 90% of the time I am only able to get 350-400 mbps on the upload when doing speedtests on beta.speedtest.net. But I am able to get the full 936 mbps for download just fine. However, I am consistently able to achieve full 936/936 speedtest from AT&T's speedtest at att.com/speedtest when connected to via the ERL. So for some reason beta.speedtest.com is not able to reach the full 936 mbps for upload most of the time when connected via my Ubiquiti EdgeRouter. But is able to reach full 936 when directly connected to the AT&T gateway. There seems to be some problem with beta.speedtest.com only when going through the Ubiquiti EdgeRoute Lite for using full upload speeds. On the AT&T gateway I am doing IP Passthrough so it is passing the public IP to the EdgeRouter. I have also turned off packet filters and all firewall on the AT&T gateway. I am letting the ERL do all of that security. My guess is that beta.speedtest.net has a problem with the upload portion of the test. I guess it needs some work with the ramp up of what it thinks it can handle. Clearly i can get the full 936 mbits via att.com/speedtest. But if the problem were with the ERL any ideas what in the world would cause it not to get full 936 upload when doing speedtest via beta.speedtest.net?
