Tech Support finally sent NVG599

So I have had an ONGOING battle with my Pace 5268.. It constantly freeze's under load, especially when someone is streaming Netflix.. These problems are still apparent directly connected to LAN.. The menu as you know is very laggy as well. Another horrible problem AT&T should address is the WiFi "Network Isolation" and devices cannot communicate between 2.4GHz and 5Ghz.. I finally was able to get tech support the NVG599 which arrive's tomorrow! The trick the agent told me is he had to "change my modem profile" on the account and then go in and place the order. You may have to speak with 1-2 agents but I got a great one the first go round, at first he said it may not be supported in my area but since both support pair bonding, and the 8d profile I am on for the 75Meg internet it would be fine. Another weird thing is since being moved to a "K" card, my uplink sync rate has tripled and I am on the 8d profile still and the 75Meg tier. No CRC's or retrains so hopefully the Arris will remain stable as well.
