We have been having major problems with Uverse for the past year. Our Uverse/internet connection goes at at least twice a day. Sometimes it goes on a run and will go out for hours at a time. This last run started last night and basically we could not use the internet or watch tv from about 9pm on and it is continuing again this morning. We have had technicians come out 4-5 times and they have not been able to fix the problem. We hate calling for technical assistance as we get someone in India who makes us go through all the basic steps and treats us like we are idiots. This problem cannot be fixed by a service technician on the phone in India. There is a major problem with the cable, the box or interference on the line. We need to have this fixed. Someone please help!
