Moved into an 8 year old house in August and switched from a lower tiered plan to the 75 mb plan. We received a new modem and every once and again would notice the modem rebooting, maybe once a week or so. We were busy with other things and now that we have more free time, are noticing the modem rebooting almost nightly. I had a tech out two days ago who changed out the modem but it is still happening. I've tried using a UPS and also plugging straight into the wall and either way produces the same results. From reading online, it appears that maybe one of my bonded pair has noise on the line, but how can I get someone to look at that to see if that is the issue? It's their nature, but they all seem to think they know better and that since my line doesn't show any errors in the gateway that its not a line issue at all. I work from home sometimes and my wife has a home office she works out of and she loses phone and network when this happens and everything we do network related drops which is a hassle. IPV6 is off, MTU set to 1480.
This url appears to show the same thing that I'm experiencing.
