After a client connects to my 5031NV RG by either Wi-Fi or Ethernet, all DNS requests time out for the first 01:15 if IPV6 is enabled on that client, even though the same site(s) can be pinged by IP all but instantly. This disables web access on a client that is waking from a suspend state, so it limits the value of that feature. If IPV6 is disabled on that client, however, DNS service is all but instantaneous.
Has anyone here observed this and know some other fix? netsh reports an MTU of 1472 on the IPV6 interface; 1500 n the IPV4.
