I see that the ATT-Direct group says that it is "temporarily closed". Also, that there does not appear to have been a Pre-Qual post for over a year. What's the current procedure to ask a tech to verify availability.
Background: ATT sales people are suggesting that a higher speed DSL-based Uverse is now available at my address, but I am skeptical. I am currently not even receiving the lower speed that I am signed up for (was too unreliable and the tech backed off a bit).
