Does AT&T even care about the broadband market? I'm wondering how they plan on competing with cable speeds. Gigapower deployment seems to be progressing at snail's pace even in cities where it's available. What's going to happen when DOCSIS 3.1 arrives next year?
I did see the study on the front page about the 43% that don't even know what speeds they have but that still leaves a bunch where it probably matters.
