I've been using u-verse voice since 2009.
At first, I could play voice mail online. That stopped working (on linux). But there was still an option to download the message. And it was easy enough to play the downloaded message.
The last few times that I have tried, there has not been an option to download the voicemail message. The help (for playing messages) still tells how to download, but the option is no longer there.
What's up with that? Can we have that option back please?
(Yes, I can email the message to myself, and play it that way. But it is tedious to do that.)
