I just noticed today that I'm getting 5.6Mbps down and 0.67 up, I'm on the 18 Mbps package. Ping is 234 which is extremely high to what I usually get, around 35-40ms. Called At&t and the "technical support" guy told me there is no problem on At&t end that the problem is either my computer has a virus or my router is giving me problems, funny thing is I also tried directly connected to the At&t gateway and I still have the same issues.
I rebooted everything and still same problem, I'm pretty sure is not on my end, but they wanted to send some special technical support that if they find that the problem is with my equipment they will charge me to fix it. Any suggestions???
