Constant disconnects on all ATT&T Services.

I have been a long time customer of AT&T, we had their DSL after upgrading from Dial-up a long time ago. We had no issues, whats so ever. The old modem broke down, so we got a new on, a Motorola, they both worked perfectly fine. Very little disconnects. After the Motorola broke, we got a sent a 2Wire. It was absolute garbage. It constantly disconnected. There was always issues with the WiFi. Even with just a single line on the connection, we always had dropped connections. AT&T would send us a new one, and check the line every so often. The new one would work fine for a bit, then do the same crap over and over again. Finally, we were told if we switched the Uverse, these issues would stop. They we're not. WiFi is terrible, to the point where I'm going to need to set a repeater to do anything. Ontop of that, we don't get the promised speeds. If that wasn't enough, we can barely use it without constant link retains and dropped connections. I just got done with a hour worth of the modem restarting. I want to say its due to the weather, I really do. Every time it rains, we lose connection, terribly. After a few days, the internet becomes stable again. We've had techs come out here, and they've told us everything is fine. 2015-11-06T20:40:45-06:00 L3 sdb[305]: DSL: Last Retrain Reason: 0x1 RDI Detector 2015-11-06T20:40:47-06:00 L3 sdb[305]: DSL: Link drop counter since boot 6 2015-11-06T20:40:47-06:00 L1 sdb[305]: nm_ipv6_add_firewall: (4) 2015-11-06T20:40:47-06:00 L3 sdb[305]: dns_lan_redirect_notify. That's the log from the most recent restart. Anything jump out to anyone? If you need anything else, I can provide it. I'm just 100% fed up with piss-poor service.
