I've had u-verse for about 5 weeks. The gateway is Arris NVG589. The service has been working OK so far with occasional freezes on the TV but nothing like today. The signal had been lost 8-10 times already today. I have restarted the gateway & iph8010 tv box. I called tech support, they reset the gateway on their end and updated the firmware. The tech said the gateway may be going bad. (it was brand new 5 weeks ago)
I have a tech coming out to the house tomorrow to investigate.
Anybody else had this issue?
