[Line Problem] Constant Errors

Hello all, A couple weeks ago I started having some connection issues. ATT came out and checked the lines in the house. They all checked out fine. The tech went outside and ran some tests and stated that the test he ran shows an issue at ~67 feet. He climbed the poll and checked but could not fix it. He had to call a lineman. The lineman came out and made some changes and reset the modem (2wire 3800 HGV). All seemed fine for a few hours until the disconnects started again. A couple days later another tech came out and replaced the modem with a 2Wire 3801. After a few minutes the same thing started happening. The tech said most likely the case is that the modem is connected to a non grounded outlet and is causing the interference. The modem was connected in the same spot for 3 years with no issue, but I moved the modem to a grounded outlet and I am still having the same issue. I have an electrician coming out Monday to take a look and see if there is anything going on with the electrical. He said that he had never heard of anything like this before and didn't seem to think this might be the issue. If electrical is not the issue where do i go from here? I attached a screenshot from UV Realtime that shows the errors. Does anyone have any input on this? I really appreciate the help!! Thanks!
