Lost one pair on bonded iNID connection

I currently have UVerse phone, tv, and 12Mb internet. We are connected using one of the I3812 iNid units with pair bonding. It's been working OK for several years. Monday morning, I had no internet connections to the outside, no dial tone, and the set top box said no connection to AT&T. I checked the iNID, and the VDSL2 light was blinking red. I reset the INID. After it completed the reboot, I got the service back, however the VDSL2 led was completely off. Checking the stats on the web page, it shows no connections on DSL line 2. Speed testing with no TV running did give me 13Mb download (which is what I had before), however having any TV streams drastically cut the download speed (to around 4M). Also, the upload speed is around 700Kb with no TV streams, less than half of what I had before. The noise margin on DSL line 1 is at 8.7 (it was about 16.8 before). The corrected blocks is around 3 million in the last hour. I've reset the iNid again, but I have the same results. UVerse Realtime is showing 98% of line capacity, and 120% "bits in use". Before, it was showing a "recommended profile" of 25,208/2040 in green. Now it's saying "recommended profile" of 19,192/2040 (in red) I tried phoning in for support, but the automated system kept telling me needed to reboot my set top box. When I wanted to talk to a live person, I waited and nobody came on. I was going to post in the DSLReports "AT&T Direct", but it said to email to attcustomercare@att.com I emailed this information to them. Would that email be sufficient to get a support ticket created, or do I need to call back to the 800-288-2020 number? Here's the current UVerse Realtime stats [att=2] Here's what it was before: [att=1] Mike O'Donnell
