I currently have U-verse Internet | Max service.I had had it for many years here without any disruption in service.Maybe once or twice in 6 years.Last year my modem died and this AT&T tech lady gave me this NVG510 and took the old modem and router. I hated this NVG510 as I would randomly lose my internet connection several times a week.I put up with it though because I didn't want to deal with the tech lady who was very unpleasant to deal with.So anyway, recently our household computers updated to Windows 10 and we had to set up a new home network. Now every time one of the computers reboots,or turns off,or turns on we lose our internet for about 30 minutes. Its getting really annoying. It tries hundred of times Sending START Packets and in diagnostics test always fails the authentication.Anyone know whats going on or how I can fix this? I've already set the modem to its default factory condition a few times but it didn't help the problem.
