Our Uverse internet has always been bad, but has gone to terrible the past week. We can barely access streaming content through netflix/uverse on a single device at times and it can take 30 seconds to load a basic web page. I would like to call and discuss with ATT tomorrow, as we are reaching the 1 year mark since sign up and are considering a change with the price increase coming. We are supposed to have the HSIA18 profile, but it doesn't seem that way.
Can someone share some feedback on my stats and what I should be concerned about?
