A few observations:
Upload appears to be capped to around 300Mbps outside of ATTs network. Is that to be expected?
Several trace routes indicate that all traffic goes through the same first 10 hops resulting in an effective "first hop ping" of about 13ms. Is that normal?
Would getting a 10Gbps network card allow me to go over the 1 Gbps limit?
