Nad-2902?

I got this error message a week ago when I suddenly couldn't connect to the internet but all the lights in front of the modem Pace 5031NV-030 were green. Unplugging it, waiting, plugging it back in, every light is green except the broadband service is now red. It happened again tonight and then it fixed itself. Both times the outage lasted 10-15 min. I googled Nad-2902 and it seems this is something that happened before with other AT&T customers with different model modems: https://www.google.com/search?q=Message+ID%3A+NAD-3302&rlz=2C1KMZB_enUS0537US0537&oq=Message+ID%3A+NAD-3302&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8 And AT&T in the AT&T forum just replies with the same SCRIPTED response offering NO EXPLANATION and NO SOLUTION like here: https://forums.att.com/t5/Setup-Self-Install-Internet/Why-after-I-get-error-message-Nad-2902-I-m-unable-to-browse-the/td-p/3600911 https://forums.att.com/t5/Setup-Self-Install-Internet/Broadband-service-is-not-available-Message-ID-NAD-3302/td-p/4119948 They say to unplug the modem and plug it back in and make sure all the lights are green. Well it took many attempts of unplugging it and plugging it back in before the lights all turn green. What is causing this? Is the modem going out or it's something on AT&T network? I didn't call them. I was getting ready to call them after messing around with it for 12 min when it all turn green again just like that. From my previous experience with dealing with A&T I know if I call them they will tell me they show the network to be all good and running fine and it's AGAIN, my computer that is at fault. AT&T's network and servers and equipment NEVER breaks and fails.
