I am looking for anecdotal information on any GigaPro-qualified single family homes that are located in long-standing existing neighborhoods in various cities where AT&T is offering the service.
It has been our experience AT&T is primarily (but not entirely) emphasizing gigabit service in multi-dwelling units, condos and upscale planned communities/neighborhoods that are either under construction or are less than 10 years old. There are some exceptions, of course. But it's important to know if AT&T has significantly broadened its reach into older neighborhoods and is not still relying primarily on covering areas that border or encompass MDUs and upscale housing.
I'm particularly interested if anyone lives in a moderate/modest income area where AT&T has introduced the service.
Do you feel AT&T is adequately reaching wide areas of your city or is the company selective about the areas where it intends to provide service.
