Net neutrality for data caps: AT&Ts home internet service comes with data caps. To ensure comply with net neutrality rules, AT&T pledges it will treat all incoming video the same and not exclude DirecTV service from any such caps.
http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r29891536-In-case-you-were-wondering-the-exact-HD-bitrate
1 HD stream:
((5.772997 Mbps) * (30 days)) * 1 HD stream + (250 GB) =
2.12045103 terabytes
4 HD streams:
((5.772997 Mbps) * (30 days) * 4 HD streams) + (250 GB) =
7.73180411 terabytes
Gigapower:
((5.772997 Mbps) * (30 days) * 6 HD streams) + (1 TB) =
12.2227062 terabytes
Now with weasel words, you would have to subscribe to Uverse TV w/HD add-on to get these caps technically. Internet only plans would NOT work.
Anyone want to test the above and file a complaint to the FCC if ATT kills your connection?
