Well after a few weeks working with uid://1910689 I am finally living life in the fast (faster) lane! He helped be add bonding to my account and then was able to bump my profile to the 55/6 which in turn allowed me to order Power.
At 3407 ft with a new plant, power is possible.
I've had no issues so far and these lines are as steady as a rock.
FYI, Most of the errors occurred when the profile change occurred yesterday.
