First time in 3.5 years dispatched for freezing/buffering for ON Demand Only (unicast)...
Older 3812 inid install 5200 feet, no SELT issues (port bounce) updated to mod NID, new cat 5 HR, BJ, swap to 589 RG, FR RG, FR STBs. (Software up to date)
Issue continued HD about 10 seconds, SD about 30 seconds....
CALLED T2, Canada had account reprovision, FR RG again.... Same issue.
T2 wanted to low 25M profile (CX u450 with hsia 18) to 19M taking CX to 2HD/2SD Max, CX refused to have profile lowered, T2 says nothing more can do, disconnects.
Question, I believe this to be a VHO issue or VRAD, as OD was working till late last week.... Anyone else seen or experienced this? what was result?....
