All, I'm seeing my U-verse line stats degrade and my internet timeouts and video freezing increase. I have to think these two things are related, although the phone reps like to try to send me replacement gateways pretty often (using a NVG589 now). Would you please look at my line stats below and let me know if I should expect decent service (MaxPlus triple play) or if outside repair is recommended? Would this more correctable by a standard service tech or a outside plant tech?
