Hey everyone,
My fiance has had lots of trouble with U-Verse since she has had it (about 3 or 4 years now). The first problem was that the TV signal would frequently falter or lag. They would call tech support and a guy would come out and usually just replace one of the receivers or something (my fiance could not remember all that they did). It would resolve the issue for a little bit, but then would just go back to how it used to be. Recently, her family had to cut back on some bills so they downgraded to a lesser package and have the 18 mbps internet package. Since then, the internet (along with the TV) frequently goes down or is just so slow as to render it ineffective. I was over one day and did a simple speed test and it was hovering around 1 Mbps and that has happened at different parts of the day. They have come out again to try and fix that as well and the last time they were here, my fiance said they used a CAT5 to come from the main line into the house and promised that the signal should be more reliable (again, she couldn't remember the specifics about what he did). Anyways, is there any advice on what I could/should do? I installed UVRealTime and attached screenshots as well. Thanks for your help/advice!
