I'm getting a new cell phone and I have AT&T so I called about how to convert convert over and they tell me about AT&T U-verse is available at my address. But the computer is down and they're going to research and get back to me, which they did.
So they told me their Max 12mbps is equivalent to Comcast Extreme 50 " because they are different network types". He said Comcast was like a hose with holes and AT&T was like a fire hose. He compared their network to Google fiber. I told him I'm a Microsoft Certified Professional and that comparing Mbps to Mbps no matter the network type is an apples to apples comparison and 12 is much less than 50. He also said that if you bundle your phone and Internet and TV there is no data cap. Being that he lied about the first or doesn't know about the first I'm doubtful about that. He also said that at the end of the year that six days before your deal expires AT&T always call you to renew your deal for the same price or better. I don't believe that either.
I know that salesmen are allowed to boast about their products, but these are out right lies. Or at least one is about the speed. How about the other two? The one about no data If you bundle, or they always called to give you the same Package deal?
