AT&T U-Verse GigaPower Questions?

I been a long time Comcast User since 2001, Just have some questions about AT&T GigaPower that's coming soon to my area (I'm near Chicago). I was told my area would be getting the 1 gigabit for $120. 1. I was told they have a 10 device limit is this true? I have more then 10 devices on my network with Comcast at the moment. 2. With my Comcast I have my own EMTA Telephony Modem TM822G paired with my own Router, Could I buy something similar (Voice Modem Wise?) on AT&T? Also Can I use my own Router like the T-Mobile ASUS Router? 3. Is the 1TB Data Cap enforce? I don't go over often but have before downloading HD Movies from iTunes or using Netflix/Hulu & with my Games/Updates on Steam or PS4. 4. I was also confirmed it was coming to my area by a few AT&T Local Stores but one rep over 800.288.2020 said if there no one requesting it in my area then AT&T would skip over this area and not bring it at all? Can this actually happen? I was also told by the same rep that I would have to have AT&T Services to request it in my area. I can't imagine anyone else willing to pay $120 a month just for internet in this area. I don't plan not switching until it's confirmed I could get GigaPower. I'm currently paying $65 a month for Landline and Extreme 105 Internet (120Mb/s Down & 24Mb/s Up) with Comcast. 5. I never had AT&T Internet before but is the 45Mb/s Internet they offer Fiber connection only? They told me that I have Fiber already as 45Mb/s is only available if you have Fiber connection in your area from AT&T. So along you have Fiber Connection available from AT&T in your area then don't worry about it. 6. This last question is, How is this gonna be different like setup wise from Comcast beside the speed difference since Comcast is Cable Internet and this isn't?
