I finally pulled the trigger on a UVerse install. I had two pots line with DSL (max about 2.5 megs back to the CO) I kept one pots line, just because. A RT and VRAD? is 2200 loop feet from my house. It was installed about 5 years ago, but has been dark until recently. It always had a power meter. The ATT site said I would now be able to get 18 megs. However, there seems to be a 12 meg limit that is not really advertised. I got a NVG510 for internet and voip and actually get about 13.5 meg down and .98 meg up. The tech said this was normal. The whole install took about a month with the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. What problems should I look out for. I also want to reattach a linksys WRT54 behind the NVG510, but no luck yet.I think I have to disable the DHCP in the WRT54. Anyone have luck with this setup?
